People are gathering in Dublin City Centre today at 1pm for a solidarity vigil for those caught up in Thursday's knife attack, as well as the riots that took place that evening.
It's at the GPO on O'Connell Street and has been organised by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, in a move to condemn what it views as "outrageous thuggery."
Some retailers were not able to open on Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, or over the weekend, because of damage from the riots.
