A Eurovision that's attracted lots of controversy this year, has been won by Switzerland.

There were demonstrations and calls for Israel to be banned because of the war in Gaza and it's representative was booed and cheered when she got on stage.

For the first time ever, an act was disqualified after reaching the final - with the Dutch performer getting involved in an incident with a camerawoman.

Ireland came sixth, with Taoiseach Simon Harris congratulating 'Bambie Thug' for a stunning performance that 'did Ireland proud'.
