Energy companies are going out of business in the UK due to maximum price caps, according to a consumer expert.
It comes amid suggestions the government is considering the measure to limit the rise in energy bills.

However, head of communications at Bonkers.ie, Daragh Cassidy, says the measure hasn't worked in the UK, and the government should consider reducing it's own takings
