The establishment of additional services is set to be discussed among Cabinet today.
The legislation which is being brought by the Department of Justice, will enable Ukrainian refugees to register with immigration at regional hubs.
Many of these hubs are already operating across the country, however this draft bill is looking to establish a service where everything is available at the one location.
Ukrainian refugees will also be able to receive income supports and a PPS number at the hubs across the country.
At present 34,561 people have arrived to Ireland from Ukraine since the beginning of the war.
It's expected the draft bill will be approved in the next few weeks by Government.
