Dublin City Councillors are due to vote on who should fill the council seat tomorrow held by the late Anthony Flynn.
Geraldine Molloy, a volunteer with Inner City Helping Homeless which was founded by Mr Flynn, is being nominated for the position.
However some are calling for the vote to be postponed pending an investigation into ICHH following assault allegations against the charity's founder.
