A popular walking trail in Wicklow is to close for three months.
The Spinc trail in the Wicklow Mountains National Park at Glendalough will close in September to upgrade the boardwalk and put in a new durable mountain path.
The Wicklow People reports that a detour will add 1.2 kilometres to the walk.
