A mother-of-five who is serving a life sentence for her role in a gangland murder has lost an appeal against her conviction.
Regina Keogh, from Avondale House in Dublin, was found to have colluded with her brother Jonathan, who shot Gareth Hutch dead five years ago.

"In 2018, Regina Keogh; her brother Jonathan and another man called Thomas Fox of Rutland Court, Dublin 1, were all convicted for their roles in the murder of Gareth Hutch, who was shot dead while getting into his car outside his apartment complex in Dublin’s north inner city in May 2016.
Three judges of the non-jury Special Criminal Court found that Regina had colluded with her younger brother to cause serious harm to Mr Hutch, who is a nephew of Gerry ‘The Monk’ Hutch.
The prosecuting barrister described her as “instrumental” in planning the murder.
Her case challenged inferences placed on certain evidence, but her appeal was dismissed this afternoon, and she’ll now return to her life sentence."
