Loving son of the late Michael and Bridget Cusack and predeceased by his nephew Gary.
Adored brother of Mattie,Breda, Ita, Liam and Geraldine.
Deeply regretted by his brothers-in-law Larry and Paul, niece Sarah ,nephews Paul,Ben and Jack, grand nieces and grand nephew, cousins, relatives and friends.
Eamonn will be reposing in Murty O Neill and Sons Funeral Home Johnstown Bridge on Friday from 4pm to 6pm with removal to St Mary's Church Broadford for funeral prayers at 6.30pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday at 2.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
The Family would like to thank Rose Lodge Nursing home, Kilcock Primary Care Center and the team at Mullingar General Hospital for the care that was given to Eamonn.
