Nan Moore (née Slattery), St Evin's Park, Monasterevin, and formerly of Gracefield, Portarlington, Co. Offaly.

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family while in the exceptional care of the staff of St Vincent's Hospital Athy.

Predeceased by her parents Joe and Nan, brothers and sisters and dear grandson Jason.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Peter, family James, Joe, Phyllis, Tina, Joanne, Regina, Evelyn and Derek, brother Patsy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Nan Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence (eircode W34 F208) on Wednesday evening from 3pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10:20am arriving St Peter and Paul's Church Monasterevin for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St Evin's Cemetery Monasterevin.
