Aston Villa Complain To PGMOL Over Disallowed Goal Against Manchester United

The result saw Villa miss out on Champions League qualification

Aston Villa have complained to the PGMOL over the inexperience of the referee in their 2-0 Premier League loss to Manchester United.

Morgan Rogers was ruled to have kicked the ball out of the United goalkeeper's hands before scoring when the game was 0-0.

Because official Thomas Bramall blew his whistle so early, they couldn't consult V-A-R.

The result saw Villa miss out on Champions League qualification, with Newcastle securing fifth spot despite a 1-nil defeat to Everton.

Manchester City secured third spot after a 2-nil win over Fulham while Chelsea finished fourth after their 1-nil victory against Nottingham Forest.
