Bryan Murphy To Put His Name Forward For Kildare GAA Chairmanship

Current chairman Mick Gorman completes his term in December

Former Cork and Kildare footballer Bryan Murphy is to put his name forward for the chairmanship of the Kildare County Board.

Long established with Clane, the Cork native, who has managed the Lilywhites footballers at minor and U21, scored the winning goal for Kildare against Meath in the 1998 Leinster final.

He is set to contest the election as current chairman Mick Gorman completes his term in charge in December.
