Comprehensive Win For Kildare Hurlers In Opening Kehoe Cup Game

They beat Wicklow 4-27 to 0-6

The Kildare Senior Hurlers got their Kehoe Cup campaign off to a winning start yesterday, with a comprehensive victory over Wicklow in Bray.

The full time score was Kildare 4-27 Wicklow 0-6, with the goals coming from James Dolan, Conn Keogh and two from Jack Sheridan.

Next up for the Lillies is a home game against Down in Manguard Park Hawkfield on Saturday afternoon.

This evening’s Kildare Scoreboard show will review the game, along with the rest of the weekend sport.
