Eden Hazard has announced his retirement from football.
The former Chelsea winger left Real Madrid at the end of last season.
Hazard won two Premier League titles and scored 110 goals in 352 appearances during his time in London.
The 32-year-old called time on his international career with Belgium at the end of last year.
