The trio have all been ruled out of both legs through injury.
Gleeson has been able to name defender Aoife Mannion, who had been a doubt, while both Megan Campbell and Megan Connolly return to the squad.
Ireland go to Cardiff for the first leg on Friday week, before hosting Wales in the return game at the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday, December 3rd.
