The FAI have confirmed the appointment of Shane Robinson as their new Assistant Director of Football.
The 43-year old has spent the past nine years as Shamrock Rovers’ Academy Director.
He will lead the Ireland underage international player development programme across the men’s and women’s pathway from Under-15s to U-19s. He will also have responsibility for the talent and recruitment of players.
