The match is due to take place at the TSC Arena in Backa Topola on September 27th, with Ireland's away fixture against Israel also being played at a neutral venue.
The FAI has confirmed it will refund Republic of Ireland season ticket holders after next month's Nations League home fixture against Israel was moved behind closed doors to Serbia.
Supporters will be offered either a monetary refund or account credit for the value of the game, while all effected ticket holders will also received loyalty points.
