The final round of the KPMG Women’s Irish Open is underway at the K Club in Kildare today, with €450,000 in prize money on the line.
Leona Maguire begins the day seven shots off the lead after equalling the course record with a stunning nine-under-par 63 yesterday, leaving her tied for 6th on 11-under.
South Africa’s Casandra Alexander has a three-shot advantage at the top of the leaderboard on 18-under.
Among the Irish challenge, Anna Foster is seven-under after an excellent third-round 66, while Kildare’s Lauren Walsh also climbed the leaderboard with a steady third-round 67.
Canice Screene, however, slipped back after following her second-round 67 with a 76 yesterday.
