Club officials informed the players on Thursday evening
Former Dublin footballer Philly McMahon has been named manager of the Naas senior football team.
Club officials informed the players of the new management team on Thursday night.
Naas had been searching for a new manager since Joe Murphy stepped down at the end of March to take charge of his native Carlow, following Shane Curran’s resignation.
In the interim, Pádraig Cribben served as caretaker manager.
Naas have dominated the Kildare senior football championship in recent years, winning four titles in a row.
