Arsenal can move level on points with fourth place Tottenham if they win at London rivals Chelsea this evening.

Everton will open a six-point gap between themselves and the relegation zone should they beat Leicester at Goodison Park.

While it's 13th against 14th with Newcastle going up against Crystal Palace.

Last night, Liverpool hammered rivals Manchester United 4-0 at Anfield, while Man City can return to top spot, with a win against Brighton tonight.

Aleksander Mitrovic struck his 40th goal of the season as he helped Fulham clinch promotion to the Premier League.

The Serb netted twice as they beat Preston 3-nil last night to guarantee a place in the English top flight next season.
