This evening, the U20 hurlers play Offaly in Tullamore at 6.30pm

Tomorrow, David Herity’s,  senior hurlers play Kerry in the Joe McDonagh Cup in Hawkfield at 1pm.

On Sunday, Glenn Ryan’s senior footballers play Wicklow in the Leinster quarter final in Netwatch Cullen Park at 2.30pm.

Kfm will have commentary, in association with Hanlon Concrete, Robertstown.

The winners of Sunday’s game will play the winners of Laois vs Dublin in the semi final in Croke Park on Sunday week.

Laois and Dublin is in Laois Hire O’Moore Park on Sunday at 3.30pm

Wales and Cardiff flanker Josh Navidi has been forced to announce his immediate retirement from rugby because of a serious neck problem.

Navidi sustained the injury while making his 33rd appearance for Wales against South Africa in July last year.

In the United Rugby Championship this evening, Ulster host Edinburgh at 7.35 in the Kingspan Stadium.

Ed Byrne captains the Leinster team for tomorrow’s game against the Bulls in South Africa.

There are five changes from last week’s win.

The backline remains unchanged. Chris Cosgrave starts at full-back, with Dave Kearney and Tommy O’Brien on the wings.

The centres are Liam Turner and Ben Brownlee, with Sam Prendergast and Nick McCarthy the half-backs.

There’s a new front row of hooker Tadgh McElroy, Ed Byrne and Thomas Clarkson .

Brian Deeny and Alex Soroka are named in the second row.

The back row is James Culhane, Donadea’s Will Connors and Max Deegan.
