Fulham took a narrow win over Aston Villa to push for a European spot.
Fulham kept their European ambitions alive with a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa at Craven Cottage, thanks to a first-half goal from Ryan Sessegnon.
Villa had early chances through Morgan Rogers and Ollie Watkins but couldn't take them, before Sessegnon struck just before the break following a save from Emiliano Martinez.
The result means Villa remain on 58 points and miss the opportunity to move into third, while Fulham climb into the race for European spots, sitting level on points with Chelsea and within touching distance of the top six.
Unai Emery's side pushed for a response in the second half but couldn't find a way through, as Fulham held on for a valuable three points.
