Meanwhile, Manchester United will look to keep the title race going for another game tonight.
United host Leicester City, who will look to get their bid for Champions League qualification back on track.
A win for the Foxes would see Manchester City crowned champions.
It's United's first game at Old Trafford since their match with Liverpool was called off.
Kick off is 6pm.
That game is followed by the meeting of Southampton and Crystal Palace - it's an 8.15 start at St. Mary's.
