Tadhg Furlong, Tadhg Beirne and Jack Conan are also named on the bench - Tom Curry, Josh Navidi and Adam Beard will make their Lions debuts.
It's the second game of the Lions' tour of South Africa, which will end with three Test matches against the Springboks.
