Ireland Forward And Eadestown's Tadgh Beirne Faces Disciplinary Hearing Tonight For His Red Card Last Saturday

In good news Stuart McCloskey is back training.

Ireland forward and Eadestown's Tadhg Beirne will face a disciplinary hearing tonight for his red card in Saturday's loss to New Zealand.

His initial yellow card for a tackle on Beauden Barrett was upgraded to a red after a lengthy bunker review.

Barrett defended Beirne after the game, offering to support the Munster man in terms of mitigation.

The good news from Ireland camp ahead of this weekend's meeting with Japan is that injury doubt - Stuart McCloskey - has been training.
