3 Kildare players are included in the team: Prendergast, Osborne and Cawley
The Ireland under-20s get their World Cup campaign up and running today.
They play England in their first pool game in South Africa, with kick-off at 12.30pm Irish time.
Suncroft's Sam Prendergast and Naas' Andrew Osborne both start, while Naas RFC clubman Oscar Cawley from hollywood in Wicklow is named among the replacements.
Richie Murphy's side go into the tournament off the back of their Six Nations Grand Slam success earlier this year.
