Ireland U20's Confirmed To Play South Africa In Worlld Cup Semi Final

That semi-final will take place on Sunday afternoon at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town.

South Africa were last night confirmed as Ireland's semi-final opponents at the World Under-20 Championship.

They completed their pool phase with a 24-points to 16 win over Argentina.

Sallins native Diarmuid Mangan, Naas RFC's Andrew Osborne and Oscar Cawley and Suncroft's Sam Prendergast are all expected to be involved.

The other semi will see France play England.
