Eve Higgins comes into the centre to partner Aoife Dalton and Emily Lane plays scrum-half.
The other change is in the engine room with Ruth Campbell making a championship debut beside Dorothy Wall.
Niamh O'Dowd, Neve Jones and Linda Djougang start in the front row while in the back row it's Brittany Hogan, Erin King and Aoife Wafer.
