Captain Jonathan Sexton starts at out-half in place of Joey Carbery.

Jimmy O’Brien switches to the wing, replacing Robert Baloucoune, with Hugo Keenan installed at full-back.

Stuart McCloskey starts for the third game running, and is partnered in the centre by Garry Ringrose.
