The biggest game of the Premier League season so far takes place this afternoon.

The Reds come into the game off the back of a 5-1 win over Porto in the Champions League during the week, City meanwhile lost 2-0 to PSG.

Liverpool will be without right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold who has a groin injury.

City won 4-1 when the sides met at Anfield back in February.

Kick-off in that game is at half-past-4.

Before that Tottenham host Aston Villa while West Ham entertain London neighbours Brentford and Leicester City are away to Crystal Palace.

All of those games get underway at 2-o'clock.

Celtic will look to put their midweek European hammering from Bayer Leverkusen behind them today.

They're away to Aberdeen from 12-midday in the Scottish Premiership and are sixth in the table ahead of the game.

Champions Rangers host Hibernian from 3-o'clock.

A win for Stephen Gerrard's side would see them go top of the table.

There's one game this afternoon in the SSE Airtricity Women's National League.

Champions and leaders Peamount are away to Treaty United from 2-o'clock.

Going into the game they're just one point clear of second placed Wexford at the top of the table.

Lock James Ryan will captain Leo Cullen's side for the first time with action underway at Rodney Parade from 2-o'clock.

Johann van Graan's side came from 15-0 down to beat the Stromers 34-18 last night.
