Kerry won 1-19 to 0-8 against Kildare in the All-Ireland Ladies Football Championship.
The Lilywhites battled hard throughout and stayed competitive in spells, but Kerry's experience and scoring power proved decisive as the game wore on.
Kildare worked tirelessly around the field and showed plenty of determination against one of the championship favourites, but struggled to match the visitors' accuracy in front of goal.
The defeat leaves Kildare with work to do in their remaining fixtures as they look to keep their championship campaign alive.
Elsewhere, Galway beat Tyrone 4-20 to 2-07, and Donegal lost to Dublin 5 points to 2-13.
