Kildare Minors Win Paul McGirr Cup, As Seniors Play Laois This Afternoon

Kfm will have full live commentary in association with Hanlon Concrete Robertstown

The Kildare minor footballers were crowned Paul McGirr Cup champions yesterday afternoon.

Niall Cronin's side beat Cavan in a pulsating game in Pairc Tailteann, Navan.

The full time score was Kildare 2-12 Cavan 1-10.

This afternoon, the senior footballers play Laois in the Quarter Final of the Tailteann Cup.

Kfm will have full live commentary with Ger McNally and Philie Wolfe, in association with Hanlon Concrete Robertstown.

The winners of that game will play Antrim in the semi final.

The only semi final sees Down playing Sligo.
