Lauren Walsh, the 24 year old golfer from Kill, delivered an admirable performance during the second round of the Dutch Ladies Open at Goyer Golf and Country Club in the Netherlands, yesterday.
She carded a one-under-par 71, maintaining her position in contention as the tournament heads into it's final round.
In round 2, Walsh had a strong start with a solid front nine, featuring two birdies and no bogeys.
The back nine presented more difficult with two bogeys affecting her momentum.
However, she concluded the round with two consecutive birdies.
