After facing a tough spell against a clinical and comfortable Dublin side, who relished playing at home.
Kildare responded well in the closing stages, with their forward line finding more rhythm.
Jack Sheridan led the scoring with an impressive return, while contributions across the team helped Kildare finish the game on a high.
Despite the result, Kildare prepare for Galway in two weeks time, and another tough test.
