League Of Ireland Investigates Alleged Racist Incident Involving Shamrock Rover's Player

This comes after a comment had been made towards Victor Ozhianvuna in the warm-up to their game in Waterford.

The League of Ireland has confirmed it's working with Shamrock Rovers, after an alleged racist incident at a match last night.

The club last night said a complaint had been made to the League, after a comment had been made towards Victor Ozhianvuna in the warm-up to their game in Waterford.

An investigation is underway and both parties will be liaising with Gardaí.

Waterford FC say it will co-operate with the investigation.
