Leinster ended the match 29-25 to win against Toulon.
Leinster are through to the Champions Cup final after edging Toulon 29-25 at the Aviva Stadium, but it was far from straightforward for Leo Cullen's side.
Leinster built a strong lead through tries from Jack Conan, Josh van der Flier, Garry Ringrose, and Caelan Doris, putting themselves in control heading into the final quarter.
However, Toulon mounted a late comeback with two converted tries to cut the gap to four points, forcing Leinster to dig deep in the closing stages.
There was a strong Kildare presence on the bench, with Sam Prendergast coming on the wing, while Jamie Osborne made a strong impact after coming on early.
Leinster now turn their focus to a final showdown in Bilbao.
