One match ban proposed
Limerick centre elder William O'Donoghue is set to miss this weekend's Allianz Hurling League Division 1 final against Kilkenny.
The GAA's Central Competitions Control Committee has recommended that the player receive a one-match suspension that would rule him out of the league final.
The proposed suspension follows an incident with Tipperary centre fielder Alan Tynan just before throw-in when the two counties met in the recent league semi-final in Limerick.
Its understood that the CCCC has recommended a one-game suspension.
