Andy Farrell has opted for Munster's Jack Crowley at out half- Suncroft's Sam Prendergast drops out of the match day 23.
Crowley will be partnered by the returning Jamison Gibson Park at scrum half.
Eadestown's Tadhg Beirne comes back into the starting 15, along with Tadhg Furlong and Josh van der Flier.
There's a 5/3 split on the bench, with Ciaran Frawley, Craig Casey and Tommy O'Brien the backs named among the replacements.
Naas' Jamie Osborne, Robert Baloucoune and James Lowe are named in an unchanged back three, with Stuart McCloskey and Garry Ringrose continuing in midfield.
Caelan Doris will captain the side.
