Horse Racing Ireland's Martin Murphy looks ahead to the action.

Flat racing continues at the Curragh on Saturday where 24 horses line-up for the Friends Of The Curragh Pollardstown Handicap, the feature race of the day.

The first of eight races goes to post at 1:25pm.

Meanwhile, jump racing returns to Fairyhouse on Saturday with seven competitive National Hunt races including two beginner chases and a maiden hurdle to keep an eye on.

The first race is off at 2:10pm.
