Maguire Slips Back As Ryu Takes Women's PGA Lead

Leona Maguire dropped down the leaderboard after a third-round 73 at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

Leona Maguire remains the only Irish golfer in the field at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship after carding a third-round 73 at Hazeltine Golf Club.

The Cavan native slipped to one-over par overall and is tied for 49th heading into Sunday's final round, after making the cut while fellow Irish players Lauren Walsh and Stephanie Meadow exited the tournament on Friday after not making the cut.

At the top of the leaderboard, South Korea's Haeran Ryu holds a one-shot advantage on 11-under par after another impressive round, with Canada's Brooke Henderson her closest challenger going into the final day.
