A man is back in a British court today, to stand trial for a charge relating to the plane crash that killed footballer Emiliano Sala.
67-year-old David Henderson yesterday admitted to a different charge of attempting to arrange a trip for a passenger, without permission or authorisation.
But Mr. Anderson denies endangering an aircraft.
The Argentine was killed when a plane carrying him from Nantes, France to Cardiff, crashed in the English Channel in 2019.
