Manchester City completed a memorable season by securing the Women's FA Cup with a 4-0 win over Brighton.

Manchester City capped off a memorable season by securing the Women's FA Cup with a convincing 4-0 win over Brighton at Wembley.

The Women's Super League champions took control before half-time through goals from Khadija Shaw and captain Alex Greenwood, who struck from a free-kick deep into stoppage time.

City continued to dominate after the break, with Aoba Fujino adding a third before substitute Vivianne Miedema rounded off the scoring on her return from injury.

The victory sees City complete a league and cup double, while Brighton's hopes of lifting a first major trophy ended in their maiden FA Cup final appearance.
