Manchester City Crowned Premier League Champions

It's City's 5th title in 6 seasons under Pep Guardiola.

Manchester City will lift the Premier League trophy following this afternoon's home game against Chelsea.

City were crowned champions after Arsenal lost 1-nil at Nottingham Forest last night.

Manager Pep Guardiola says his side's greatness can only be considered once they become champions of Europe.

Man City fans may have more to celebrate over the next few weeks as the Champions League and FA Cup draw to a close:
