Kildare vs Westmeath in Leinster Senior Football Semi Final; Man Utd v Brentford tonight; The Rocket Ronnie 12-5 in World Snooker Final; Newbridge Parishes Race Day at the Curragh 1.10pm

Following yesterday's 2-22 to 0-12 win over Louth, Kildare will play Westmeath in Leinster semi final in two weeks time.

The semi final draw took place last night.

Meath will play Dublin in the other semi final.

Venues will be confirmed later today

Dublin have 3 wins from 3 in the Leinster senior hurling championship, after a 0-27 to 1-16 win over Westmeath.

Kilkenny lost by a point to Galway a 1-24 to 3-17.

Wexford beat Laois 6-21 to 12 points.

In the Munster Senior Hurling championship, Clare beat Cork by 28 points to 2-20.

The Leinster Under-20 Hurling Championship semi-finals take place today.

Wexford host Dublin at 2pm.

Kilkenny play Galway in Tullamore at 4 o’clock.

Tottenham are 5th after a 3-1 win over Leicester.

Everton remain in the relegation zone despite a 1-nil victory over Chelsea.

In Scotland, Celtic and Rangers drew 1 all at Parkhead.

Tonight Manchester United host Brentford at 8 o’clock.

United have won only one of their previous seven games in all competitions.

Ronnie O'Sullivan leads Judd Trump 12 frames to 5 into today’s afternoon session of the World Snooker Championship final

Trump must win at least two of the eight frames this afternoon to avoid becoming the first player to lose a final with a session to spare since Jimmy White was beaten 18-5 by Stephen Hendry in 1993.

O’Sullivan is aiming to join Hendry as the the only men to win 7 world titles at the Crucible.
