Jose Mourinho's Benefica completed the Portuguese league season unbeaten, but still finished third.
Benefica ended the Primeira Liga campaign unbeaten after a 3-1 win away to Estoril on the final day.
Early goals from Ricahrd Rois, Alexander Bush, and Rafa secured victory and confirmed Mourinho's side went through the entire season without losing a match.
Despite that remarkable achievement, Benefica finished third in the table as Porto were crowned champions and Sporting claimed second place.
