Joe Murphy's side defeated Clane in St Conleth's Park 1-12 to 0-6, with some excellent performances from Alex Beirne, Tom Browne, Paddy McDermott, Darragh Kirwan amongst others, capping off a superb team performance.
Clane, to their credit, battled to the very end but Naas held firm and claimed victory.
Earlier, Raheens beat Naas in the MFC A Final.
