Naas Meeting Rescheduled To Be Held On Friday

The meeting was to take place yesterday, but was cancelled due to poor weather conditions

Horse Racing Ireland has announced that the Naas meeting which was abandoned yesterday will now be held this coming Friday, the 12th of January.

Poor visibility as a result of dense fog meant that racing was called to a halt yesterday. 

The Grade 1 Lawlor's of Naas Novice Hurdle is the first Grade 1 National Hunt race of the year in the Irish calendar.

The meeting will consist of the six races that were not run on Sunday and one extra race.
