Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan and Tadhg Furlong form an all-Irish front row, while James Ryan, Eadestown’s Tadhg Beirne and Jack Conan are also included in the pack.
Jamison Gibson-Park will line out at scrum half, with Bundee Aki to start in the centre and Hugo Keenan selected at full-back.
Ronan Kelleher is the only Ireland player among the replacements.
