Defending champion Elena Rybakina lost her quarter-final in three-sets to last year’s beaten finalist Ons Jabeur.

The Tunisian will play Aryna Sabalenka in the semi-finals.

The second seed beat Madison Keys 6-2, 6-4 this afternoon.


In the men’s quarter-finals, Daniil Medvedev has taken the first set of his quarter-final with Chris Eubanks.

Still to come, men’s top seed Carlos Alcaraz faces sixth seed Holger Rune (pr: Roo-neh) in their quarter-final.
