Paddy Christie has stepped down as manager of the Longford footballers.
In the Dubliner’s first year in charge, Longford reached the quarter-finals of the Tailteann Cup.
This year, they narrowly missed out on promotion to Division Three of the Allianz League, but lost all four of their Championship outings.
Elsewhere, Seoirse Bulfin has been appointed as the new manager of the Westmeath hurlers.
He was previously in charge of Meath.
