Pádraig Harrington Finishes Third In Portugal Invitational

Harrington's third-place finish continues an impressive run of form following his recent U.S. Senior Open success.

Pádraig Harrington finished third at the inaugural Portugal Invitational in the Algarve after closing on 15-under par, four shots behind champion Zach Johnson.

The three-time major winner began the final round brightly with birdies at the first and fifth, but bogeys at the sixth, 13th and 16th ended his hopes of challenging for the title.

Johnson secured victory on 19-under after a closing seven-under 65, with Stewart Cink finishing second on 17-under.

Harrington's third-place finish continues an impressive run of form following his recent U.S. Senior Open success.
